Outer Space Real Estate is a musical quartet from the Black Hills of South Dakota that plays a dynamic mixture of original and cover songs spanning the genres of soul, funk, rock, hip-hop, and jazz. Composed of the airtight rhythm section of Garrett Holtz on bass and Nik Scott on drums, and the fleet-fingered melody makers guitarist Jeff Smith and keyboardist Thomas Smith, the group is as talented as they are diverse. Prone to spontaneous group improvisation, no two performances are ever the same, keeping both the musicians and the audience perpetually on their toes.
